I had the incredible opportunity to join my school's VEX Robotics team, where I discovered a passion not just for engineering and coding — but for the adrenaline, strategy, and pressure of competition.
Our team pushed through long nights of testing, redesigning, and problem-solving, and it all paid off when we took 1st place in our school-level competition.
What I loved most wasn’t just the win — it was the rush of the countdown, the stress of real-time decisions, and the collaborative chaos that brought it all together. That experience taught me to thrive under pressure and showed me the power of teamwork when it truly matters.
In 2022, I co-founded a student-led startup called Vitaplant, driven by a simple yet powerful idea: to bring nature and sustainability closer to people's everyday lives. With a passionate team of young innovators, we took a bold step and entered the GençBizz Entrepreneurship Competition, one of the most prestigious platforms for young entrepreneurs in Turkey.
What followed was months of hard work, sleepless nights, creative problem-solving, and real-world business experience. We weren’t just building a business — we were learning how to lead, how to fail forward, and how to turn our vision into something tangible.
Our dedication paid off.
After competing with hundreds of promising teams across the country, Vitaplant was honored with the “Best Business Management Award” presented by ManpowerGroup — a recognition of our ability to lead, organize, and execute like a real-world company. In addition, we received the “Best Stand Award” from GençBizz, which celebrated our creativity, presentation skills, and ability to connect with our audience.
This journey taught us far more than how to run a startup — it showed us what’s possible when passion meets purpose, and when young minds come together to build something meaningful.

As part of a TÜBİTAK research project, we developed a natural plant fertilizer aimed at improving soil health and plant growth. Through careful formulation, testing, and observation, we witnessed a remarkable difference in plant vitality and yield compared to conventional methods.
This hands-on project deepened my understanding of sustainable agriculture and scientific research, and proved how innovation — even at a small scale — can have a meaningful impact on the environment and food production.

My passion for origami began as a creative outlet, but quickly turned into a craft I truly honed. Through dedication, precision, and countless folded papers, I was honored to receive first place in two separate origami competitions.
These awards not only recognized the artistic and technical skill behind my work but also celebrated the patience and discipline that origami requires. Winning first place twice reinforced my belief that creativity paired with consistency can lead to remarkable achievements — no matter how delicate the medium.
